Recently we have hired an account manager to concentrate on our current customers. I am so pleased to have this position filled as it is very important to our company to service our current clients and maintain a close relationship. Our process has consisted of offering free consulting to all our current clients and suggest improvements they could make to their website and what online marketing tactics we feel would work for them.
Our consulting is done by me (President of Canada’s Web Shop), I look at their online marketing strategy from a business/marketing point of view. Our account manager is a recent Bachelor of Commerce grad from University of Manitoba and he offers a fresh look at their online marketing strategy and understands what the younger demographic is looking for in online solutions. Our online marketing director is a Search Engine Optimization specialist, well know in the SEO community and has extensive Pay per click, Social Media and website analytic experience. Her analysis concentrates on the overall online marketing strategy and return on investment of your marketing dollars. Finally our director of operations who has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree looks at their web solutions from a programming and a graphic design conversion point of view.
The knowledge that we are able to offer our customers has been very powerful and I feel has helped each client we have met with so far. Through this process it is very apparent that if you give the time to your customers and work towards their goals then you will naturally receive loyalty and further revenue opportunities. And most of all it makes me feel very good to analyze each solution and not only cater to new clients but take real good care of current clients. Remember which clients got you to where you are today – your loyal longstanding clients – don’t forget about them.
