	John McDonald is the President and CEO of Canada’s Web Shop. John earned a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting and marketing from the University of Manitoba. Graduating in 1994, John joined his father’s corporate travel business and over 12 years doubled its size and eventually sold the company to a large global travel company. John learned extensive sales, operations, financial and human resource tactics during his tenure with this service business. Along the way he learned the true meaning of service and customer satisfaction. John started Canada’s Web Shop in 1999 and has been pivotal in the focus and growth the company has experienced to date. 	Justin Nedecky is Director of Operations at Canada's Web Shop. In 1999, Justin joined John McDonald as an original founder of the corporation that became Canada's Web Shop. From the dawn of the Web, Justin has been involved in every aspect of design and implementation of online marketing solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from the University of Manitoba. Justin's experience and keen intersection of the aesthetic and technical make him well-suited for specifications design, project management, and deployment of web solutions at Canada's Web Shop. 	Matthew Shepherd is the Director of Online Marketing at Canada's Web Shop and joined the team in 2010 as a specialist in Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Optimization. Matthew is dedicated to helping businesses understand the importance of a well-planned web presence and how social media is revolutionizing the way businesses communicate with both their clients and the business world. His previous experience includes running Dotdynamic I.T. Services, a small Winnipeg web design and internet marketing firm, and working with Nerds On Site, an international technology solution provider. Ask the Director of Online Marketing
