The Company
The Quark Group is one of the largest privately-owned shoe chains in Western Canada. The goal of the company is to provide excellent service and comfortable footwear that fits the way it should, looks great and wears well. The Quark Group has a selection of nationally branded footwear and pledges to continue to carry the best the world has to offer.
The Challenge
The Quark Group wanted to compete with large online competitors such as Sofmoc. The visitation and online sales were low compared to their competition.
The Solution
Canada’s Web Shop recommended a targeted pay per click campaign to increase visitation and increase their online sales. The Quark Group decided to initially do a one-month campaign and chose Canada as their target market.
The Results
The pay per click campaign quickly increased their online exposure and dramatically increased their visitation to their e-store which ultimately increased their online sales. In addition, they experienced increased visitation to their retail stores, driven by their online campaign. The brand received excellent exposure throughout the campaign. After the month was up, the Quark Group decided to extend their campaign and increase their budget.
